Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that life happens and plans change. However, to respect Leanne’s time and commitment to her clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. No Refund Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. This policy ensures that we can manage our schedule effectively and offer timely appointments to all clients. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies occur. In such cases, please get in touch to discuss your situation. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at Leanne’s discretion. Late Arrivals Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this period, your session will proceed as scheduled but may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. Beyond Grace Period: Arrivals later than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time may be treated as a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited.
